What is your return policy?
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic sales are final and we do not accept returns, except as required by applicable law. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email carmelas@carmelascosmetics.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos so we can help.
Can I buy multiple lipsticks?
