How do I apply Carmelas matte liquid lipstick?

Why is the checkout total higher than the lipstick price?
Each Carmelas matte liquid lipstick is $29 USD before applicable discounts, shipping, and taxes. Shipping is not automatically free. Your address determines the available shipping choices and final charge.
