All of our shipping rates are quotes as a flat rate. It doesn't matter if a customer purchases (1) lipstick or (20) lipsticks the same shipping rate will be applied.
Before products ship they have to be formulated. Our average small-sized order of 1-2 items is produced and shipped within 3-4 days.
Across the United States we offer a flat shipping of $6.99 which typically arrives in 3-7 days after the products have been formulated. Heavier shipments may add 1-2 business days onto USPS's estimated delivery due to the delivery requirements of handling fragile orders. All shipments to the US are tracked.
Across Canada we offer one shipping rate of $9.99 which is always handled by Canada Post. The average delivery for these packages is under 10 business days.
International orders vary wildly, Carmelas Cosmetics can't provide accurate delivery estimates due to every country having their own postal service, customs offices, regulations, and procedures to fight COVID-19 spread.
For all international deliveries we use a carrier service called Ascendia for the following countries. They include a tracked delivery between an estimated 7-30 business days starting at $10.99.

All countries outside of Ascendia scope of available countries use the same shipping international shipped rate but are shipped without tracking via a carrier called ChitChats.
These shipping costs are applied to customer orders, not freight orders. If an order requires freight temperature controlled transportation you will be shown different rates for international air transportation of goods.
Returns
Safety, Quality & Satisfaction are Carmelas's main priorities. We offer returns to only sealed unused products that are not wanted and must be returned within 48 hours upon received. Our strict policy will protect the safety to all our customers and the environment. We do not resale or repack used cosmetics.
